Joe Bo ... In this you are completely correct: Schools are closed when they
should be open, particularly when they should be open for students who are
struggling, and for disadvantaged students, minority students, students with
disabilities, and students who come from homes where English is not the first
language. Keeping the schools open 180 days makes as much sense as keeping
the ER open 180 days.
