Nancy, No one has been willing to go on the record about the Utah situation. When I was there a couple of years ago, school administrators spoke as if everyone knew it was true. It was never basES. It was a single airforce base which was already under review for possible closing. I do know someone who knows someone who was in the room when the statement was made. I trust the person I know a great deal. Jerry
