Test scores seem to be a lot like gas prices. One minute they're low and
suddenly they're high. Makes one really wonder how that comes to be. This year,
for some inexplicable reason math scores were higher in NYC. Does this mean
that now more students actually are better at math? I don't think so. Tests,
scores, and gas prices can all be manipulated.
