Re: new survey on what public wants from schools - more than what NCLB imposes



Before accepting the results of this survey you must analyze the survey
questions for bias and the survey population for selection bias. Also, I
doubt the survey addresses attitudes that may be skewed by media
campaigns.

It is my firm belief that schools are not doing as good a job as they
should. But I hold an even firmer belief that our schools are the best.
Just look at the technological, medical, scientific, and other
accomplishments of Americans and tell me we are falling behind.
