A quick apology for the mass e-mailing.  I tried sending it to your
private email account but it was returned to me.

Thanks for your quick response!  Any information you might have to
offer would be useful to us.  If you could identify some schools in
ND that are doing an outstanding job of assessment, that would be
helpful.

It would be equally helpful if you could talk (write :) a little bit about
your project.  How did you go about developing the assessment?
Did you begin with criteria or outcomes in mind that would you
determine if your assessments were successful?
