I find no evidence to support this statement. The FairTest website does not
contain a section devoted to the issue of grading bias. In addition, a
search of articles and statements by Mr. Schaeffer does not contain any
mention of the issue of grading bias. In fact, there is evidence to suggest
that Fair Test opposes efforts to address the negative effects of grading
bias. According to a Christian Science Monitor article addressing the
admission gender gap, Mr. Schaeffer is quoted as opposing efforts to achieve
equity in admission decisions

Can you provide any evidence of legal action you have taken against schools
that show a gender difference in student grades?
