Shouldn't, that's the point. When you put the parent in a room with the booklet and answer sheet, you have to take care that there aren't any lists of kids' scores laying around, or testing materials from other kids. Sounds simple, but as busy as school offices get, these things can get complicated.

In Florida these materials are in the possession of the DOE. Can't think of
any agency I'd rather see have to deal with "logistical headaches."
How does one parent's seeing her child's test booklet and answer sheet
affect the privacy of others?

I think that parents should be able to view testing materials used by their
children. This does, however, create a logistical headache for the
schools, which have to ferret out the materials and then arrange for the
parent to examine them, all the while maintaining the privacy of other
students and the security of the materials.
