Has anybody asked Riverside to comment on this practice?

Chicago has been holding back children based solely on Iowa scores since 1996.

Chicago has been firing teachers based solely on Iowa scores (TAP, the high
school version) since 1997.

The claim that Chicago has used "multiple measures" -- even after an OCR
complaint against the practice -- has been and remains one of the many lies
Chicago has told the world these past few years.
