Percentages of students meeting standard statewide at Grade 7 are as follows:
Reading: 40%
Math: 27%
Writing: 49%
Listening 83%

In English, does this mean that fewer than half of all 7th graders passed
anything but the listening (whatever the heck that is) portion of the WASL??
More than half failed everything but listening?? Am I reading that correctly?
