Well, guess I gotta engage in a little self promotion here.

A week ago, Allyn and Bacon published "The War Against America's Public
Schools" which I wrote.  It has chapters on charter schools, on EMO's and on
vouchers, plus several chapters that set the historical context and
summarize the condition of American public education.
