Oh yes this is very special! And in good ol' NY state you get to have the
vice president of McGraw-Hill making test decisions as a member of the board
of Regents . And.... if you look in this week's Education Week, you find
dear Charlote providing the 'cure' for education..... caring. Ya' know if
those @#$%n' teachers would just care, we would save the world. Let's
see... Caring (a la Charlotte Frank + her standardized tests = intellectual
nirvana.
