Dear Teresa, Judi, and ARN folks:

These are wonderful and appropriate suggestions. They are time tested. Who
could argue with such reasonable proposals?

BUT.......(sorry to stick my but in) one can reach such a high level of
exhaustion and a low level of spirit and energy that mustering the strength
and organization to implement these fine suggestions even becomes more
burdensome itself.

To bring outside resources into the classroom requires more strength and
energy to provide orientation, guidance, and attentiveness to the new
constructive problems which develop with this new wonderful assistance.
Often times our assistants are needy (and rightfully so in an insecure new
environment) too.

I certainly agree with ALL of Judi's suggestions. They have worked for us at
the World of Opportunity. But implementing them can be overwhelming too.

I hope that Teresa sees that you certainly have the respect and support of
folks on this list.

Let us know what we can do to be of assistance.

Warmest peacebuilding greetings,

Steve Orel
