what rights parents have to opt-out in the public schools. The Barnett case was an important one. I'd like to know how we can analogize it to curbing student testing.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parents have wide rights to "opt" their kids out of participation in school activities. "Curbing student testing" is going in the direction of opting other parents' kids out of school activities. That is a cookie of a different topping.
