Well, the LSAT fight is still going on--albeit quietly.

The LSAT wrote a letter to the ADL saying that they need to verify every
person who says they are a Saturday Sabbath observer or, they argue, people
who don't want to miss football games will take all the seats!

The also say that some NY law says that if a small amount of students take a
test without proof of special need that they must disclose the test and this
will cost them $500K (Gee, where have we heard this argument before????)

I will talk to the ADL today about this.

All because I wanted to think about law school . . . geesh!
