Bill,
My take on it is that they were given the fourth grade scores and are being
asked to study possible 'improvements' that they can make at k-2 grade
levels that will insure that the fourth grade scores are okey dokey. Our
district isn't administering the off year opts that can be purchased for
those grade levels, yet. Districts all across Ohio are administering the
tests. Got a call from a mom that lives in Elyria. Her 1st grade son will
have to take the opt in March that includes a one hour writing test.
