Which is it? Test scores? If it is improving standardizing test scores at
the 2nd grade level, the answer is clear... Nothing! These tests should not
be given at grade 2. I spent three months exclusively examining CTBS and
IOWA score relationships and correlations from year to year and cohort to
cohort. End result: Zip, Nada, Zilch.
