Goodness, someone could make a soap opera out of this.

I am breathlessly awaiting the next installment.

Quan.

You just demonstrated that you are a hypocrite. About 3 years ago, you wrote
to several representatives of state edcuation departments in support of our
assessments. You even signed one of nondisclosure agreements and contracts
and had agreed to write items for us but then made up a series of excuses for
not getting them completed. So on one hand, you were telling me that you
were impressed that one company was really striving to do tests right and
that you were so impressed with our company that you even wrote to several
representatives at various state education departments. I can probably still
pull those emails that you cc'd me from my archives. Now, you are urging
folks to delete my messages. Gee Quan, when did your impression of me, D
Squared, and our tests change? What caused this change in your views? Or
were you just deceiving me all along by asking to see our tests, knowing full
well that you despised everything that we do.

So Michelle, there's one person out there that knows we really have a test.

PS.....Quan, in case you are thinking about disclosing the confidential
information that we shared with you, you did sign a nondisclosure agreement.
But even so, if I recall correctly, we made significant revisions to these
tests after we had sent them to you (it is part of our dedication to
continually improve the quality of our assessments based upon feedback we
receive from members of our testing panels and districts using our
assessments, and even students).

Quan, I really want an answer to my question above. This is not a rhetorical
question.
