No, no. The epiphany is from the Virginia department of ed which said that
the public should not make assumptions about our schools solely based on test
pass rates.
Of course, we know he meant we shouldn't make assumptions based on
disaggregated pass rates. Making decisions on the pass rates of the group as a whole
continues to be just fine.
