I thought Steve Breen, who draws Grand Avenue, must be a teacher, because 
some of his insights into teachers and kids are dead on. Turns out he has a 
teaching credential but his day job is drawing editorial cartoons for the 
San Diego Union-Tribune.

To celebrate back to school, he has drawn two cartoons about state testing.
