So now the Vallas regime, ex of Chicago, will grade parents. On things like
kids sleep habits. And how are schools to know this? Was this not on the
agenda in Chicago at one point?

Philadelphia teachers to grade parents on report cards
This year, parents of students in kindergarten through eighth grade will
receive a "home support" grade on their child's report card. Philadelphia
School District officials say they hope the assessments, covering criteria
ranging from children's sleep habits to parents' responsive to notes and
phone calls, will motivate families to take more responsibility for their
children's education. The Philadelphia Inquirer (9/18)
