If copying whole articles is a copyright violation, why do so many papers, including the NYT have "email this article" options at their sites? Even if the email only sends a link, doesn't it amount to the same thing? How does Jimmy Kilpatrick get away with educationnews.org? Why hasn't some publisher made this an issue? JB
