THAT voucher for which you pine is right in front of you and will be 
more so Tuesday as you sit and look out from your desk, sharpening pencils:

It's called *Public Education*!

AND, what's more, you public school administrator, you:      IT's paying 
for YOUR mortgage, YOUR children's option to live in Gated Communites, 
and puts food into THEIR mouths (or just your own, IF you happen to live 
alone...).

Perhaps the time will come, indeed!   the time when you wake up and 
become true to yourself, literally, Art...

...for Shame!   ;-} rap.

I've got to go, now, and play some Civ III & Advanced Squad Leader games 
w/a pack of my friends, today, coming up from Albany, NY who are also 
meeting to plan the reformation in November...happy politicing!
