Re: Edin08 Trying to Use a Rap Star to Push Ideology
If it is true that the average African-American 12th grader achieves at the level of the average White 8th grader and that in many systems half or more of minority students drop out, then pushing candidates to make reforms in schools seems like exactly the right thing to do.
