Re: camping opportunities for ASLE conference?
Darn it, I sent this note twice to the list without success, and it
worked for you the first time, Rochelle!

I haven't heard that it's been done before at UVic, either. No
predictions yet about how it'll go, but I'm also exploring some only
slightly off-campus informal options as well.
There aren't any campgrounds in the immediate area, unfortunately; the
closest one is nearly a half-hour away by car, which is why we're
working to offer something ourselves. Maybe you could contact me
offline
to talk about your Wofford experiences?

Subject: [asle] camping opportunities for ASLE conference?
Hi all,
I'm pondering the idea of driving to the ASLE conference in Victoria,
and making it a family road trip (great idea, eh?) But am wondering
about the opportunities for camping that are reasonably close to the
conference site.
Anybody know? At Wofford there was camping available right on campus.
It was a bit noisy at times, but it worked. Anything similar in the
offing this time?
Thanks, Tom
