  Hi all.  I just sent this to MoveOn.  I urge every listserve reader to check
  out the ILWU website and then e-mail a protest to Google demanding that they
  restore it immediately.

  Dear Nita, Eli, and Adam,

  As you may know, on May 1st the longshore workers union (ILWU) is planning to
  shut down every Port on the West Coast to protest the continued funding of
  the war.  This promises to be the most powerful action against the war since
  the US invaded Iraq.   Now, in an act of open political censorship designed
  to minimize the impact of the ILWU's action, Google has suddenly shut down
  the website which is listed below.  I urge MoveOn to take this up
  immediately.  Google should be flooded with e-mails protesting its pro-war
  stance.

  Additonally, every MoveOn member should be urging political candidates
  (particularly Barak and Hillary) who say they are for ending the war to issue
  public statements immediately condemning this blatant effort to silence
  workers who are willing to take job action to force an end to the occupation.
