Hi, Susan.
I talked with my dad about this. We think that it would be great if we could schedule our next EPATA meeting to when you might come through our town. That way you could meet our members and have a great discussion regarding the objectives you proposed below. I could have Phil brown from Tualre/Kings CTA (from eliminatenclb.org) to come as well. What do you think?

September 7 to 19, from San Diego to Arcata and Yreka, in order to

(1) build resistance to the high-stakes tests and the regimented curricula;

for regimentation, and our wages and benefits will increasingly come under direct
assault. Salaries will be based on “merit” (read “test scores”), so teachers in
poorest areas will be hit first, but we will all be affected soon.
