Dear friends,

This Saturday there will be another Bay Area opportunity to see the film
"Granito de Arena" about the ongoing struggles of Mexican teachers and
community members to resist the de-humanization, de-funding and corporate
takeover of Mexico's education system. The level of participation by huge
numbers of teachers committed to their students and communities is truly
awe-inspiring!

GRANITO DE ARENA

Saturday July 15, 7:00 pm

The Canal Welcome Center
141 Alto St., San Rafael

Also showing:
Rompiendo el Cerco - on the plight of the Atenco flower vendors

Sponsored by Marin Interfaith Task Force on the Americas

peace and blessings,
Marilyn
