I urge everybody to read the Nebraska Commissioner of Education's
Memorandum to All Nebraskans, a statement of the state's compliance
with
the requirements of NCLB.
Read it and respond in support. Lots of quotable zingers here. But
beyond that, there is a deep principle at stake.
