Agree Prop 82 should go down.
This brings up an issue I hope others agree with....why are we not spending
tobacco money on high school drop-out prevention instead of 100% on ages
0-5????
I have never understood how this misuse of these funds got so warped in the
first place. Is their any recourse? Any chance of ever getting some of
these funds to keep high school students in school through graduation?
How do others feel about this sham?
