This is the link to some of the key events of the recent Rouge Forum 
"Their Wars Left Behind: Education for Action," conference in Detroit.

Of special interest are the keynotes by Patrick Shannon and Susan 
Ohanian (the videos probably very useful for, say, literacy and 
foundations classes as well as any high school class) , papers by 
Elizabeth Jaeger on the very practical experience of the Downer Five, 
and Adam Renner on Class and Schools.

Don't miss the phantasmagoric "Dance of the Dialectic," led by 
Distinguished Professor E. Wayne Ross, and the poetry readings by the 
Fugs, Ed Sanders, and Detroit's M.L. Liebler.
