Puerto Rico offers amnesty to teachers who return to work
Puerto Rican teachers who immediately abandon their strike, which began Feb.
20, will face no disciplinary action, Rafael Aragunde, the territory's
education secretary, said Monday. Aragunde had recently said that teachers
who missed more than five days of work faced dismissal. Education Week
