Subject: [middle-lit] new middle lit book discussion

Some of you may already be aware of "Richie's Picks" (which lean a little
more toward high school), but Richie himself has started a brand new yahoo
group that will discuss middle level books. He announced it on child lit
and some other lists a couple of days ago, and it already has more than 200
members!
Now, like me you probably don't NEED to have more emails and temptations to
spend more time on the computer, but the posts are pretty much quick hits so
far, and people introducing themselves. If you are interested, you can
check it out at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/middle_school_lit/
This new list has a wide cross-section of those interested in adolescent
literature: parents, editors, and teachers at varous levels. It's always fun
to get more suggestions of good titles!
