Lori, I was thinking about having students work together on editing their pieces of writing through nicenet.org This is a secure site for students to talk to each other and allows teachers to see comments they make. Perhaps we could have them put first drafts of poetry or essays there and give them a time to post so that they can read each other and send a comment about revision.
