Re: Interview questions

Isn't your principal going to come up with the questions? Our district is very strict that the same questions have to be asked of all applicants for each position so that there is not any favoritism and so that no one can claim unfair hiring.

Subject: [middle-lit] Interview questions

My principal called me this week and asked if I would come in on Monday to help with the interviewing of a new 8th grade lang arts teacher. I agreed but have never done it before. I'm glad to be asked to help because I will be working right along with this person planning curriculum, etc.....also right next door. Any pointers and questions I should be asking?
