Re: Interview questions

I appreciate all responses. There are some questions I didn't even think of. Apparently, I've been "appointed" to be the dept chair for my middle school. So that is what I've been asked to help out. We are trying to build a stronger language arts dept where more writing is being done in the classroom.

Susie -- THAT is the list! You are a terrific Finder
of Things! I'll bet you searched for something like
"interview questions!" Gosh! (uttered in Napoleon
Dynamite speak!)

I have now copied this list into a Word document and
filed it in its own folder within my School folder and
titled it Interviews. Thanks!

Nancy

Good points. If the candidate is experienced, it
would be better to change
my wording from
"what would" to "what does", or "what do you do"
instead of "what would you
do"

I found one list of interview questions in the
archives.
