Re: Interview questions



we can only ask the list of questions as they are given to us so that all interviews are conducted in exactly the same manner -- even if they are group interviews, we always ask the same questions in each interview. follow-up questions are part of the base interview questions. our principal and other districts have had too many problems with people claiming favoritism, bias, and unfair practices. This way, with one set of questions for all (which change depending on the position) no one can claim anything.
