Last night the House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed the Deleting Online Predators Act, 410 to 15. It would seem that educators had little to no impact on the outcome. Perhaps this is by lack of numbers, or because the MySpace panic that's overtaken this country is so overwhelming that no amount of rational pleas from educators would have stopped it.

The battle moves on to the Senate. I'm not hopeful. Thoughts, anyone?
