Subject: [middle-lit] vocab activities dilemma
Hello everyone--
I am hoping someone out there can help me. My colleagues and I wish to
start a vocab program. We have chosen words from the literature we use and I
have self-created graphic organizers, quizzes, power points and puzzles that
are applicable to any words. What we're looking for are activities of the
same nature---that is, is there a web program similar to something like
puzzlemaker.com where we can plug in the words and come up with a list of
activities that address synonyms, antonyms, part of speech, proper usage in
a sentence, context clues, etc... or am I dreaming?? If not, where should we
begin/ search?
Thanks in advance for any insight you may have.
