Unfortunately, I'm going to have to sit this one out. Our last day isn't til the 20th...so between grad school and closing duties, I'm a bit swamped...then on the 22nd, I leave for Europe (returning on 7/25). So, it just doesn't seem do-able for me. Sorry I'll be missing out!
