Re: D&D Scheduling: Thursdays???

Yes, Juli, Josh & Chris, it will be Tuesdays!
Good news for all those who want D&D on Tuesdays: I finalized the schedule this way:
D&D Tues afternoons 2-4pm at Coffee Catz in Sebastopol, starting 9/11.

Thursday afternoons will be Theatre Coop, 1 pm, place to be announced, starting 9/20.
Thanks!
~ Kassy

P.S. The complete announcements, as they'll appear in the newsletter, go like this:

D&D Roleplaying Game
Tuesdays, 2 - 4pm, Coffee Catz, Sebastopol
beginning on the 11th of September
Kassy Fatooh, 632-5215, peskypixies@comcast.net
Are you interested in Role Playing Games? Want to join a group playing old-school style with talking and dice? Actual dice you hold in your hands and roll? People you talk to face-to-face?

D&D is a cooperative game in imaginary worlds of magic. Each player plays a character in the adventure. The only player who knows what's ahead is the DM or "Dungeon Master." (I would kind of prefer some less ominous and megalomaniacal title, but there it is.) For more information on D&D, go here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/welcome

We'll meet on Tuesday afternoons from 2 - 4, beginning September 11. This is open to kids and parents. No age limit, as long as you can be patient, follow rules and play cooperatively. And imagine a lot. No experience necessary: beginners are welcome.

Our first multi-week campaign I already have planned, and my son Coll and I will be co-DMs, but if the group gets going strong and wants to continue on to more adventures after this one, others can step in to DM anything from an hour-long adventure to a multi-week campaign. Months, even? We'll see...! RSVP as soon as possible so we can do some preparation before the first meeting.

Theatre Cooperative
Thursdays, 1 - 3pm
beginning on September 20th
Kassy Fatooh, 632-5215, peskypixies@comcast.net
Calling all Theatre People! Prodigy, pimpled, in your prime or grizzled, experienced or otherwise, we want you! Whether your game is acting or stage crafts, set design, costuming, lighting, sound, publicity---you can join in our scheme to make theatre something we do together, as a group. This isn't a class or a professional production. No fees, no pay. It's a family theatre co-production cooperative. Think of it as a dramatic society or club, if you like. Let's gather together, pool our talents and put on plays and improv tournaments, work on monologues and scenes, prepare audition pieces and read plays, on Thursday afternoons from 1 to 3 pm, beginning September 20th. RSVP for location. 4Hers, this may be optionally offered as a 4H project through Wild Oak 4H, but all Theatre People are welcome.

Kassy,
For our schedule, Tuesdays would work better. Will it still be at Coffee Katz? What time could it be on Tuesdays?
We hope Tuesdays will still work. If not, we will do our best to try and rearrange our schedule.
Thanks,
Juli, Josh & Chris Inman

Subject: [scha-broad] D&D Scheduling: Thursdays???

People interested in the D&D campaign we're starting: please let me know, would Thursdays at 1pm be okay for you, instead of Tuesdays?

I need to know as soon as possible, so I can list it in the newsletter. Having a little schedule-tweaking trouble, that's all...

thanks,
Kassy
